We would like to congratulate REUBEN SABIO, Biloxi PD for receiving the 2023 MS DARE Officer of the Year Award. SABIO has a distinguished military career, as well as in law enforcement. He is well respected and well-loved by his DARE students and school staff. He recently retired in Nov of 2022, but returned to serve as Chaplain for the Biloxi Police Department. He also has served as the Chaplain for the DARE Officer Association in MS for many years. Congratulations, Reuben!
